Good physical health is a key aspect in a holistic successful life. A Person’s fitness level has a direct positive or negative impact on foundational aspects in life. Sleep schedule, eating habits, and the ability to manage stress are all linked to physical fitness. By paying attention to getting more fit physically, it automatically spills over to all the other aspects mentioned earlier. This is not possible the other way round. By changing and increasing your physical fitness, you will deposit a better quality of life overall.

This is an investment not only on physical health, but through scheduled planning and accountability this will build relationships and create a community that generates hope, joy, and belonging beyond the kilometers spent running.

Jukka’s vision and experience: My mission is to educate, inspire, and gather people together to increase their quality of life through physical fitness.
Over the past year, I have coached many of my friends in running. I would love to expand this circle to those interested in further developing their running.
I am very much aware that my history as a professional athlete has left me with quite some insight into building physical fitness. I would love to share my knowledge and experience. My approach is simple and easy to follow. It is all gathered around few key elements such as;
● understanding heart rate
● various training efforts
● the importance of recovery
● running is a team sport
Understanding these principles, assessing and creating appropriate objectives, and adjusting only three runs per week in your schedule, I guarantee the positive results go beyond achieving running goals and becoming more fit physically.

In addition to this conference, Jukka can also provide personal planning and running coaching to those who are interested (separate cost depending on the agreed plan)
